1 Durian fruit
Hold with heavy gloves or towel with stem end facing away from you.
Slice through it top to bottom on one of the thorn growth lines and split it apart.
Scoop one of the lobes surrounding the seeds out with your fingers or a spoon.
To neutralize the bad breath smell after eating the fruit, fill the empty shell with salt water, scratch your fingernails on the inside of the shell. The shell contains a chemical that neutralizes the scent of the fruit. Put the scrapings from the shell in your mouth and swish around.
